Tormenta en el Paraiso

In the year 1519, the Mayan priest Ahzac discovers that his daughter, Ixmy, has fallen in love with a white man. In his rage Ahzac places a curse on a black pearl-- " Whoever has this pearl in their possession will never be able to know what happiness is!“ In 1987, explorers Eliseo Bravo and Hernan Lazcano find the same black pearl at the bottom of the sea. Once Hernan touches the pearl, Ahzac's curse takes effect. The pearl wakes the greed in Eliseo and soon after Hernan dies of a mysterious death at sea. The curse continues with the next generation. Aymar, Hernan’s daughter, later meets and falls in love with Nicholas Bravo, Eliseo’s son but problems soon arise for them.
